Garden of Bloom

Inspired by the building blocks of our childhood, "Brickollection" forces us to re-imagine our notion of the square.

His pieces trick the viewer as the squares seem to break through into a new realm of depth, movement and space and beginning to dance with the wild beauty of the garden. “...Springtime always gives me shivers and makes my heart pound a bit faster - the awakening of nature - flowers forcing their way through old snow - persistent but always with a big smile on their petals. I love how after the grey winter days the thriving dominance of light, colors and shapes are perceived even more intensely. What a relief - its the moment when I cherish the visual overdose and enjoy the beauty of it, without judging. This is my favorite state: being free of judgement and perceiving creatures and objects in their unbiased beauty - being enchanted by their presence and radiation. I don’t care much about aesthetics or style - I absorb the radiance and aura of an object or architecture and then I decide to let my intellect interfere, if at all. I admire furniture, architecture or a concept when it communicates instantly with me on a completely non-intellectual level - that is maybe the closest I get to myself ”
